blueprint...for what?

ok dolls. let's just say, i've been on a bit of a crazy-overload-bad-habit-bender for the last few months. finishing up the convention, traveling around the country, it's been bad. not only for my blog, but for my scale as well. and beyond a general dissatisfaction with my weight, i just felt super worn down. the worst part though-despite being so darn fatigued, i haven't been sleeping. and after a restless night spent internet shopping and perusing, i came across this. BluePrint Cleanse. check it out. there are three different cleanses to chose from. i've never done a cleanse before, always knew i didn't have near enough self-control to make it a day. but this plan, for whatever reason, reallllllyyyy apppealed to me. it's a bit pricey, but hey? if it accomplished even a third of what it promotes, i'll be a fully satisfied lady.

i'll be sharing the experience with you loves. and here's the first...

DAY ONE/DRINK ONE: ugh. green juice. i picked the foundation cleanse. I figured, why not just jump in? and for the first time in my life, i actually want to thank my mother for making me chug all those nasty, nasty juices she would make me at home. which, i gagged on every morning before school. with that said, that practice helped the juice go down like water. this, was the end result...

ingredients: romaine, celery, cucumber, kale, parsley, green apple, spinach and lemon. yeah, i mean, it's not a milkshake, but hey. it works. trust me. it's been an hour since it went it, and it's already worked. twice....

updates to follow.
